Mariners lose. Of course it was going to be Vernon Wells to hit two home runs. The Angels want to rub the Mariners' nose in the Figgins albatross steaming pile and use their albatross to do it. *sigh* Vargas had a decent outing going 7 innings, K'd 6, BB'd 2. The game hinged on a dropped ball from Olivo who had Mathis dead to rights at home plate. This extended the 7th and it all went downhill from there.
